Reactor sampling devices

This program includes different types of in-line valves and reactor sampling systems which allow to take a representative sample without interrupting the production process. Standard production material are: SS 316L or SS 304 PFA or PVDF lined.

In-line valves (wafer or flanged) can be supplied either shuttered or tapered pin and with hollow ball and the sampling collecting can be made through the use of a bottle or syringe.

 
Linings and characteristics
 
Standard liner is virgin PFA in compliance with ASTM D3307 type II. PFA is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer and is similar to PTFE in its resistance to the great majority of corrosive chemicals. The parts are lined through a transfer moulding process: internal surfaces are therefore perfectly smooth, without any surface defects, cracks or pores. The liner is non-stick and is ideal for very viscous fluids.

FLOWTEF ® products are manufactured according to the most advanced technologies; every step of the production process, from the inspection of incoming materials to final testing procedures, is constantly controlled. All components are lined exclusively in virgin fluoropolymers (PTFE, PFA, PVDF) or PP in compliance to FDA Par. 21-177.1550. Re-generated or re-worked materials are not used in any of Italprotec manufacturing processes. All valves, parts and equipment can also be supplied with conductive PFA or PFA-PR (Permeation Resistant).
