The company’s purpose is pursued through:
DESIGN, PRODUCTION, AND MARKETING OF PIPES, FLEXIBLE TUBING, VALVES, FITTINGS, AND EQUIPMENT IN STEEL AND PLASTIC-COATED STEEL FOR THE CHEMICAL, PHARMACEUTICAL, AND FOOD INDUSTRIES.

To this end, for the coming years, the Company Mission is defined as follows:

  • Ensuring that Customer requirements, product-related requirements, environmental and Health & Safety requirements, and obligations undertaken by Italprotec Industries S.r.l. are identified, defined, respected, and met in order to:
    • Increase Customer satisfaction by implementing a structured plan to reduce service disruptions caused by delivery delays and monitoring customer satisfaction through scheduled reviews to drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop a continuous improvement system for the Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Management System’s effectiveness through the systematic application of Management System documentation.
    • Develop a monitoring and continuous improvement system in environmental protection for all relevant aspects, with a clear identification of inputs and outputs for each relevant corporate process to keep them under constant control, including specific audits.
    • Effective management of information and training processes: Continuous training and monitoring at all levels of the organization, on matters related to our sector, environmental protection, health, and safety, as well as the results of risk management processes applied to operations.
    • Identify, monitor, and manage all risks from activities related to our Purpose, applying these actions to all Italprotec Industries S.r.l. processes, considering both internal and external risks.
    • Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and authorities within Italprotec Industries S.r.l., and assign resources to each role to avoid conflicts of interest or role.
    • Allocate all necessary human and infrastructure resources to develop an effective, efficient, and continuously improving Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System.

 

COMPANY IMPROVEMENT GOALS:

  • Customer satisfaction through improved Product and Service Quality.
  • Improvement of corporate organization, the Quality Management System, and employee training and information.
  • Effective risk identification related to processes/activities connected to our Purpose.
  • Constant risk reduction in processes/activities linked to our Purpose to achieve the COMPANY MISSION.
  • Continuous reduction of environmental impact, not only within the limits established by compliance obligations, but to the LOWEST POSSIBLE level.
  • Continuous reduction of risks to health, safety, and the environment to the LOWEST POSSIBLE level.
  • Consistent prevention of injuries by monitoring all activities, with a focus on near-misses as primary indicators of potential risk.
  • Ongoing prevention of occupational illnesses by thoroughly analysing the work environment, raw materials, and products in all major and support processes, fostering cooperation between all Process Managers and Senior Management.

These improvement goals are established and set based on the outputs of the risk management process applied to all processes. Achievement of these goals is measured during Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Reviews or when significant changes occur in processes, products, human resources, infrastructure resources, and procedures/practices through analysis of the following indicators:

  • Trend of Customer Complaints.
  • Quality, Environment, and Workplace Health & Safety Management System Compliance.
  • On-time Delivery Performance.
  • Internal Audit Results.
  • Supplier Performance.
  • Specific metrics related to each corporate process, including indicators on risk identification, impact measurement, and management, as well as Environmental and Workplace Health & Safety protection.

Numerical objectives are set during Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Reviews and include measurement criteria, necessary resources, development timelines, and are communicated to internal personnel. Senior Management, highly committed to achieving an “authentic Management System,” encourages all personnel to actively engage in ongoing and upcoming initiatives with professionalism and dedication.

The Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Policy is defined and approved by Senior Management and reviewed at least annually or when there are significant changes in the Organization or its context, in collaboration with strategic Organizational functions, to verify its continued adequacy. This review is documented as part of the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Review. The Policy is communicated to all personnel through formal meetings and is available externally through the Italprotec Industries S.r.l. website and specific newsletters. Senior Management, through the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Officer, ensures understanding of the Policy at all organizational levels.

 

Italprotec privacy policy
