Ball check valve – VCF
The PFA lined Ball Check Valve are developed for use in extremely corrosive applications, full port design can be installed either vertically and dependent upon application horizontally as well.
Lining material such as PFA and conductive PFA have exceptional corrosion resistance.
The VCF valves are available for the connection with DIN EN 1092-1 or ANSI B16.5 flanges from DN 15-½” to DN 200-8”.
Glass-ball check valves – CSF
The ball check valves with integrated sight glass CSF are used for monitoring the flow in pipelines where a wide range of corrosive and toxic fluids circulate. These valves lined with PFA-fluorine polymer combine the characteristics of the ball check valves and sight glasses offering the advantage of the visual control of the PTFE ball during its moviment.
The CSF valves are suitable for connection with flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1 or ANSI B16.5 150/300 class from DN 25/1″ to DN 150-6″.
Poppet check valves – PCF
The PTFE lined poppet check valves PCF are used for aggressive liquids, gases and steams in all process technologies.
The parts which are in contact with the medium are made of PTFE glass filled that ensures high resistance to corrosion under severe working condition (temperature – pressure – vacuum).
The wafer valves PCF can be installed vertically or horizontally between flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1 or ANSI B16.5 150/300 class from DN 15-½” to DN 150-6”.
Swing check valve – SCF
The fully PFA lined swing check valves are developed for use in extremely corrosive applications and to replace costly high alloy valves. The special design allows the disc to swing freely into piping system and to install the valve in horizontal or vertical position.
The SCF valves are available for the connection with DIN EN 1092 or ANSI B16.5 flanges from DN 40/1½” to DN 300/12”.
