protef ® DN 350 dosing vessel PFA lined with DIN 7081 longitudinal sight glasses

The PN6 50 lt. dosing vessel represented in the photo was made for an Italian customer related to 12 units suitable for vacuum conditions.

The thickness of the PFA lining is about 11 mm; the resistance to vacuum is ensured by the thickness itself and by different anchorages obtained directly on the carbon steel body. The weight for the only PFA lining of each tube, without head and bottom flanges, is about 15 Kg.

Absolute word wide news: today vessels, separators, and ancillary equipments lined with PFA can be realized with longitudinal sights according to norm DIN 7081 from DN 100 / 4” to DN 350 / 14” class PN 6, PN 10 or ANSI 150.

The 12 dosing vessels have been tested to our factory, with positive result, at 10 bar for 10 minutes according to norm PED 97/23/CE – Category II, module H.
