The new dip-pipes with continuous PTFE liner, not welded at the end, are realized using a single liner that covers both internal and external side of the steel pipe.
This execution is often preferred when high clean conditions are needed.
protef ® dip-pipes with continuous liner are available up to 3.200 mm lenght max. using std. carbon steel or stainless steel pipe with max. Sch. 40 size.
The images show two dip-pipes made of SS 316L polished (finishing Ra=0,8 micron/mm) lined with continuous virgin PTFE.
