INTEGRATED COMPANY POLICY FOR QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Italprotec Industries S.r.l., in line with the mission of the Indutrade AB Group, intends to pursue sustainable and profitable growth, in compliance with its Code of Ethics, corporate objectives and corporate Vision and Mission.

The corporate purpose is pursued through:

Design, production and marketing of pipes, flexible hoses, valves, fittings and equipment in steel and plastic-lined steel for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

The Management assumes full responsibility for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the integrated management system, guaranteeing the necessary resources and promoting a corporate culture oriented towards quality and sustainability objectives.

  1. Implementation and Responsibilities

This policy is binding on all employees, managers, suppliers, partners and stakeholders acting on behalf of Italprotec Industries.

The Management defines objectives, resources and responsibilities, verifying the effective implementation of the system. Each employee is required to know and comply with the principles and procedures set out in this policy and in the integrated management system. Specific functions are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of individual areas.

Continuous improvement of the integrated system is pursued through audits, periodic reviews, data analysis, corrective actions and adoption of best practices.

The policy is disseminated to employees, suppliers and stakeholders through training activities and published on the company website to ensure transparency and accessibility.

The policy is subject to periodic review to ensure its effectiveness and adequacy with respect to strategic objectives, regulatory updates and developments in sustainability best practices.

The Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Policy is defined and approved by Senior Management and reviewed at least annually or when there are significant changes in the Organization or its context, in collaboration with strategic Organizational functions, to verify its continued adequacy. This review is documented as part of the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Review. The Policy is communicated to all personnel through formal meetings and is available externally through the Italprotec Industries S.r.l. website and specific newsletters. Senior Management, through the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System Officer, ensures understanding of the Policy at all organizational levels.
