Lined sight glasses

FLOWTEF^® sight glasses are available in two or four-way version; they are manufactured with ANSI or DIN flanged end connection, with virgin PFA anti-vacuum anchored liner and with borosilicate neutral glass according to DIN 7080. These materials confer to our sight glasses high corrosion and mechanical stress resistance and ensure perfect performances with high vacuum and temperature values. Their use is mostly based on pure, inert and nonstick properties material lining: this use let them have a perfect result also with particularly dense fluid, maintaining purity and integrity of the conveyed fluid unchanged. The integrated drip lips into the lining, offer a perfect vision in any mounting position and provide a clear inspection even with low speed of the fluid.

FLOWTEF^® sight glasses can be lined with conductive PFA, polypropylene or PVDF. It is also possible to install METAGLAS DIN 7080 / DIN 7079 borosilicate glass with Hastelloy C22 metal ring or DUPLEX DIN 7080 / DIN 7079 borosilicate glass with PFA protective film and AISI F51 metal ring.

All produced parts undergo spark test at 30 kV, hydraulic testing and CE marking in compliance to PED directive 97/25/CE.
