Italprotec, specialized in the manufacturing of piping, fittings, manifolds and plants’ components lined with corrosion resistant fluoro polymers or thermoplastic polymers (PFA, conductive PFA, PVDF, PP), has recently ended and extended the range of FLOWTEF® products including:
Ball check valves standard type or with integrated sight glass, wafer check valves swing type or disc with Hastelloy C spring, 2 – 3 or 4 way sight glasses, cylindrical sight glasses and flat sight glasses to DIN 28121, T- basket or Y strainers and in-line sampling valves.
The FLOWTEF® line products include also different reactor sampling devices both under vacuum and with double diaphragms circulating pump. The more recent available reactor sampling system is at least the execution of the dip-pipe/lance with variable immersion depth (inclinable up to 15°) and movable through an hand gearbox.
Italprotec strategy doesn’t change; the company goes on concentrating its efforts on quality, reliability and competitively of products reinforcing in the same time the engineering service and the support to the customers.
Actually the PFA lined vertical check valves with calibrated full PTFE ball are available on stock from ½” to 8” with ANSI 150 lbs or DIN PN16/10 flanges.
Options as conductive PFA, PVDF or PP lining, hollow or steel core PTFE ball and O-rings in EPDM, fluoro-elastomer FKM or perfluoro-elastomer FFKM, are available on request.
